She's Here!!

Elizabeth Glynn Tanner ("Libby") arrived today at 12:14pm. She weighs 7 . 7 and a half lbs. She has been alert, happy, and just precious!! Frances loves her and wanted to hold her immediately. Delivery went great--Dr. Wise broke my water at 9:30 and she was here in less than 3 hours. I'm very blessed!! My camera isn't working right now, but I'll post pics as soon as I can.
